Job Purpose/Scope
The Human Resources Analyst (HRA) provides technical and administrative support specific to the Company's compensation, salary administration and HRIS programs and processes.  S/he reconciles HR data including employee benefit invoices and census reports providing check/balance assistance to benefit administration process.  The HRA coordinates regular and periodic HR reporting; performs ad hoc review and analysis as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Administers Company's job analysis and classification program; reviews and updates job descriptions for accuracy and relevance; conducts position valuations as assigned.
  • Administers salary administration program including compiling and organizing pay data for review and analysis; drafts for review sales incentive plans and SPIFFs as assigned.
  • Provides HRIS system administration support to employees; updates and maintains HRIS employee front page; maintains accurate HRIS records.
  • Reviews, tracks and coordinates training sessions for HRIS rollouts and/or development activities.
  • Reconciles benefits monthly statements; creates purchase orders to ensure timely payments.
  • Designs and produces HR data reports; recommends updates to current reports in support of HR data requests.
  • Processes Personnel Action Requests (PARs) as assigned; maintains PAR records.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support as requested.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical role, preferably with UltiPro or similar experience.
  • Ability to create and edit reports using advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to research complex questions.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands.
  • Desire to learn new technologies, processes, etc. and retain this knowledge.
